Air conditioning:

Please be sure that all remote controls of the AC at home are all set on the same "mode". If one is set on "cold air" while another is set on "hot air" the split will close since the engine doesn't recognize the mode that you want to use.

All the plates, cups, spoons, forks, etc...are in the black cupboard at the entrance of the house. It opens up if you push the upper corner of the doors.

In the summer are very common in Florence. Therefore in the bedrooms you will find liquid electric devices that are effective against these insects.

Waste & recycling

Trash, once separated according to the pattern, should be left at the street corner before 9 a.m.
